Heart Desire

Desire is in my heart

When will I do it without a 'but'

‍

I long to see my dreams come true

I engage myself with books to go through

‍

Maybe some day I will learn

And control the desire if it will burn

Because even the high sky is no limit

I will set my goals right and aim it

My strength, determination and focus shall remain higher,

I will not look down or away when I am called on hire,

Make me go higher my desire, because these dreams you have made me sire,

A companion is what you have been to me,

I can't compare you to Manu's friend Tommy,

‍

Who stays in a kennel when he goes to school,

‍

But you and me together we are cool,

‍

‍

I don't think we can part ways and stay separately,

‍

Because we  are companions who treat each other gently,

‍

It's only that you prefer to remain inside,

‍

And none knows you because from them you hide,

‍

I only show you off to just but a few,

‍

Because if the rest knows, at my door they will que,

You are so precious to me because you are the driver of my dreams,

You hold my mechanical balance, to this life you are beams,

‍

Keep burning, keep dancing, like bees buzzing in a cool breeze,

I just want everything to materialize with effective ease,

Never again am I going to remain silent with my desire,

‍

Please, if I do, just light my heart with some fire,

‍

I will run all over spreading it in every part of the earth,

‍

Because if it burns everybody, they wont have to complain of any aftermath,

‍

All they gonna do is endless celebrations because it didn't hurt

‍
